Shivanshu K. Srivastava is a newspaper columnist and essayist. He has been contributing articles to a number of leading newspapers since more than two years. Started with contributing drawings to Hindustan Times as a student of class 2nd, fate reunited him with newspapers through his passion for writing.

He adores animals,
specially rabbits, and is a staunch advocate of animal rights. Through his articles, he seeks to promote vegetarianism and promulgate the sacred ideology of veganism.
He holds that animals really don't belong to us and it is something absolutely beyond human's jurisdiction to decide which animal can live and which can be killed.

In intermediate, he opted for Science (PCM), though had already decided to pursue Law in graduation.
Thus, mind was to be tackled with the imminent change in study pattern. From "Ohm's Law" to "Family Law" !

In class 12th, with arduous time-management,
he finished his long-pending draft - a biography
 on Shaheed Bhagat Singh.

In intermediate, he developed a good 'chemistry' with Chemistry (pun intended).

He passed class 12th batch (2015-16) with 91.75%.

He topped in English (92) and Hindi (95) in all streams of his batch, and secured second highest in Chemistry (90) and Physics (90).

Presently, he is enrolled

as a student of 

B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)

in Faculty of Law,

Lucknow University.
